Quewy is the trading name of Eve Digital Ltd (company no. 13948030) (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address — no accounts, no payment details.

Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count visits — this stores no cookies and builds no profile of you. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. If you decline in our cookie banner, we switch Google Analytics off and clear its cookies; declining leaves the site fully usable. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.

How we use it

Your email is used to contact you about Quewy’s early access programme and launch. We may also contact businesses using publicly available business contact details where we believe Quewy is relevant to how they operate (legitimate interest, UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it

Emails are stored and sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France — EU-based, GDPR compliant), our email service provider. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which also provides our cookieless analytics. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics (Google LLC) also processes usage data. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link — one click and we won’t contact you again.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email admin@quewy.app. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.
