How long does it take to set up?
Quewy is designed for speed. You can have your shop live and your first QR code printed in less than 10 minutes. There's no complex software to install—it's all web-based.
Do I need any special hardware?
Nope! Quewy works on any device with a browser. Most shops use an iPad or tablet at the front desk, but you can manage everything right from your phone.
What if my clients are old school?
No problem. You can manually add walk-in clients to the queue from your dashboard. They'll still receive SMS updates, but they don't have to scan anything if they don't want to.
Can I customise the wait times?
Yes. You can set average times for different services (haircut, beard trim, etc.) and even adjust them on the fly if things are running faster or slower than usual.
