Is there anything wrong with QueueAway?
No. It’s a good walk-in queue app and plenty of shops are happy on it. The only reason to look elsewhere is if you want appointment booking in the same place as your queue. QueueAway doesn’t set out to do that, which is fair enough for a tool built around the walk-in queue.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code or tap a link and join from the browser on their phone. They don’t have to install anything to join, and no account to create, so an older regular gets on just as easily as anyone else. There’s also a Quewy app if they’d rather keep it on their phone and get a nudge when they’re near the front.
I only take walk-ins right now. Is Quewy overkill?
Not really. You can run Quewy as a plain walk-in queue and leave the calendar switched off. The booking side is there for the day you decide to let regulars reserve a slot, without having to move to a different app to do it.
Is Quewy available yet?
